Returns & Refunds
Because our products are books, and limited edition art items, all sales are final once your order has been processed. However, your satisfaction matters deeply - if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we're happy to make it right.

Clothing Exchange
You may exchange clothing items for a different size within 14 days of delivery, as long as the tags are still attached and the item is unworn and unwashed.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your book or artwork arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at albeesmagicrainboots@gmail.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue and we'll gladly send a replacement or issue a refund if a replacement isn't available.
